My Impressions

This was my first encounter with Fran Lebowitz. She comes off a little too cool for school for me. There were a few witty lines that made me smile, but overall I got a sour taste in my mouth of a cynincal idealist who was too afraid to assert any of her own ideas and therefore just makes fun of what other people say. It is also just very possible that I am just not cool enough for this book.
