My Impressions A skeptic's journey into the world of meditation and mindfulness. Dan Harris weeds through the spiritual quacks like Deepak Chopra to find the "good stuff". He ultimately discovers ways to break his habitual cycles of rumination and become 10% happier. I found his personal story of how he came to mindfulness to be mildly fascinating, but not enough to hold my attention.
